TIMEFRAMES

There is a time frame on how many refinements included in the prices. If the logo has taken more than 5 refinement stages to correct, then additional costs will incur. Please also read my policy carefully and make sure to ask any questions before making a deposit. All projects will require a 50% deposit to secure that booking/ date. Please also note that your response time will also alter your project duration.

PRINTING

My main printers are Vistaprint, Moo, Fast-printing or Noissue. I order your printing to be shipped straight to you. I do not ship any of your printing to our Studio to keep it low-cost for you and affordable. If you are uncomfortable with this please talk to us beforehand. Yes, I can not check everything is alright before you see it but it does mean we don’t have to charge any extra shipping, packaging, or handling costs. If there is something wrong with your order when received, please reach out to me asap and I will recorrect it for you. You have the choice of a wide range of finishes including paper, cotton, linen, and foil. I can also order embossed, raised foil, spotted UV and letterpress finishes.
